LET’S work together!

Kyra Roberton

CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST | INTEGRATIVE NATUROPATH | SOMATIC BREATHWORK practitioner | the cancer clinic | retreat facilitator

work together

Immersed in the farming environment of her childhood, Kyra was raised observing her parents devote themselves to their respective professions—her father as an equine therapist and her mother as a naturopath—both deeply committed to the principles of care, observation, and healing.

From an early age, Kyra developed a strong intellectual curiosity and respect for inquiry. Guided by her parents, she was encouraged to cultivate discernment, trust her clinical intuition, and approach health through both scientific investigation and openness to broader systems of understanding. This formative balance—questioning established frameworks while remaining receptive to emerging evidence and diverse perspectives—continues to inform her integrative, patient-centred approach to care.

Kyra’s very roots thrum with innate wisdom, knowledge and experience, having grown up connected to Mother Earth.

inspired by nature

supporting you on your journey to true healing.

At Antidote Medica, care is guided by the individual—your health journey, your body, and your lived experience. Kyra’s approach combines evidence-informed clinical practice with intuitive insight, integrating functional testing, naturopathic principles, somatic therapies, and holistic support. Each plan is personalised, collaborative, and patient-led, empowering you to actively participate in your healing while addressing the root causes of imbalance.
Kyra’s work is grounded in curiosity, clinical discipline, and a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal, creating space for transformation across physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions.

Kyra Roberton is an experienced integrative health professional specialising in supporting individuals through cancer care, chronic health, and complex wellness journeys. "Kyra is an amazing practitioner. She feels the patient, she intuites what they need. I’ve had stomach and skin issues for many years, (most of my early adult life) and it was Kyra who got me back the glow. This was after a few months of working together.

Kyra has amazing feminine energy and she will make you always feel comfortable. So much knowledge within, she is a naturopathic dictionary."

Kyra absolutely goes above and beyond for her clients. She takes the time to explain everything so you can actually digest all of the knowledge she is providing you to better understand your body. She makes you feel empowered that you have the awareness, intuition and knowledge to continue to make more conscious choices for your health. Whenever I have felt lost or confused she gently has guided me back to my centre and reminded me of the ways I can best nurture myself.

If you are looking for a naturopath who deeply cares and approaches your health from a holistic/spiritual approach then Kyra is for you.
